Dave Humphries

Dave Humphries, owner of GarRik Construction, Northwest along with his wife Eva, has been building in Columbia Village since 1999, where they have been residents since 1997. The easy access to all of Boise, made the decision to locate to Southeast Boise an easy one. Columbia Village, one of Boise's premier planned developments has grown to much more than was originally envisioned. Over the past five years, GarRik Construction, Northwest has been instrumental in helping grow Columbia Village into a truly diversified development. The culmination of this effort for Dave and GarRik Construction, Northwest, is Kelton Crossing, an upscale custom home development in one of the last undeveloped areas in Columbia Village.

Dave has been involved in real estate and home building since the early 1970's in Southern California. He comes from a family of real estate professionals, with his grandfather starting the family real estate business in 1933. His father and uncle joined the business after the war in 1945. Dave was licensed in 1971, and became a partner in the business in 1976.

Both Dave and his wife Eva, have been involved in Columbia Village since moving to Boise. Eva was an on site association manager for many years. Their goal has always been to make Columbia Village one of the best places to live in all of Boise.

Alan Degen

Alan Degen, Architect and General Manager of GarRik Construction, Northwest has over 18 years experience in the architectural design and construction industry. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Idaho and has studied abroad in Florence, Italy. Alan carries a General Contractor license in the state of California. He has experience in designing and building schools, exclusive office complexes, shopping centers, and apartment buildings, but his passion lies with custom home design. The opportunity for Alan to both design and build the homes in Kelton Crossing combines his skill and desire to create a distinctive upscale development.

Kim Degen

Kim Degen, Agent comes from a long family history of Realtors. Sixteen years after receiving her marketing degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, she decided to follow in her fathers footsteps and pursue a career in real estate. Kim received her license in August 2005 and is a member of the Ada County Association of Realtors. New to the industry, she is excited and eager to assist her future clients in a unique and satisfying home buying experience.
